Sedução da Carne

A film by Júlio Bressane

Back
A delicate and tenacious writer, Siloé gave up on leaving her home after her husban's death. Widowed three years ago, she engages in frequent conversations with her pet, a parrot. However, she’s always observed by a large portion of raw meat. Through the surrealism of the movie's plot, her erotic relationship with meat is explored, illustrating metaphorically the arduous realities of agriculture in Brazil.
