Camilo Mortágua is a historical militant antifascist and revolutionary who integrated the group that lead the most spectacular strikes to the dictatorship.
In January 1961 Mortágua participated in Operação Dulcineia, commanded by captain Henrique Galvão.
Lately, Mortágua has worked on the conception and implementation of programmes and projects of local development, on the mobilisation of people and socially unprotected groups and on cheering and organising communities in risk of exclusion.
