In the jungle of Formosa, Argentina, a white man is the leader of a group of tribesmen from the socially excluded Toba tribe. He has taught them to play rugby, creating the Aboriginal Rugby Club, and to defend their dignity and their rights. At the same time, this charismatic coach’s past ties him to extreme ideologies.

Daniel Rosenfeld

Daniel Rosenfeld was born in 1973, Buenos Aires, and although he wanted to be a pianist composer, he ended up making films instead. Since 2000, Rosenfeld has directed four features awarded several times, acclaimed by critics and selected by the most prestigious film festivals: Venice, Berlin, Rotterdam, Buenos Aires. His last film, Al centro de la Tierra, debuted at BAFICI 2015, where he received a Special Mention of Criticism.
