About to turn thirty, Julie finds herself having an existential crisis. After being pressured by her boyfriend, Askel, to settle down, the young woman crashes a party and meets Eivind, with whom she begins a romantic relationship, expecting to have new experiences. Born in Denmark, in 1974, Trier is a Norwegian director and screenwriter. After making short films, he gained international recognition with the films Reprise (2006), Oslo, August 31 (2011), Louder Than Bombs (2015), his first film in English, and Thelma (2017), all with passages in most important film festivals such as Cannes, Rotterdam or Toronto.
