Álvaro Domingues

Álvaro Domingues is a geographer and professor at the Faculty of Architecture  of the University of Porto, where he also conducts research at the Center for Architecture and Urban Studies. As a researcher, he has developed projects and published studies in collaboration with a variety of institutions, including the Gulbenkian Foundation, the Foundation for Science and Technology, the University of Rotterdam and the Federal Universities of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. In 2017, he published the book “Volta A Portugal”, in which he takes the reader on a journey towards the interior of Portugal to discover a living landscape filled with the flavours and textures of the people that inhabit it.
