Director and Actress

The French director and actress Brigitte Sy began her career as a director in 2009, with the short film L'Endroit Idéal. In the following year, she directed her first feature film, Les Mains Libres, and, in 2015, L’Astragale, an adaptation of Albertine Sarrazin's autobiographical novel, and Les Ogres.


As an actress she has worked on films such as Philippe Garrel's The Regular Lovers: Valérie Donzelli's Declaration of War, or Cédric Kahn's A Better Life.
