Dominique Beyreuther-Minkov is the attorney for Russian performance artist Pyotr Pavlensky, exiled in France and accused of setting fire to the Bank of France in October 2017. Pavlensky claimed, at the time, that his performance Éclairage intended to argue financial dominance and recall the Bastille and revolutionary France. A lawyer for the Paris bar, based in the city, Minkov has been actively fighting for human rights for 25 years.
