Gabe Klinger (1982) is a critic, teacher, archivist, curator, and filmmaker. His articles have appeared in several publications. He has taught film studies at the University of Illinois and Columbia College in Chicago and has worked at the George Eastman House, the MoMA in New York, and the Mary and Leigh Block Museum of Art at Northwestern University. His feature documentary, Double Play: James Benning and Richard Linklater (2013), won the Lion for Best Documentary on Cinema at the Venice Festival.
