Victoria Guerra is a Portuguese actress. Her cinema debut happened in 2011, with the film Catarina e Os Outros by André Badalo. After winning the Portuguese Golden Globe Award for Best New Artist in 2013, she would win the Sophia Award for Best Actress and the Golden Globe for Best Cinema Actress in 2016. In television, she participated in the series 3 Mulheres (2018), and most recently, in the iberian mini-series Auga Seca (2019); in cinema, highlighting her roles in the films Lines of Wellington (2012) by Valeria Sarmiento, Casanova Variations (2014) by Michael Sturminger, Cosmos (2015) by Andrzej Zulawski and Impossible Love (2015) by António-Pedro Vasconcelos, which led her to the European Shooting Star 2017 nomination, by the European Film Promotion in Berlin. She has recently participated in the cast of Fernando Vendrell’s latest film Aparição (2017), João Maia’s Variações (2019) and Tiago Guedes’ The Domain (2019).
