Victoria Guerra is a Portuguese actress. Her cinema debut happened in 2011, with the film Catarina e Os Outros by André Badalo. After winning the Portuguese Golden Globe Award for Best New Artist in 2013, she would win the Sophia Award for Best Actress and the Golden Globe for Best Cinema Actress in 2016. In television, she participated in the series 3 Mulheres (2018) and more recently, in the iberian mini-series Auga Seca (2019) also taking roles in films such as Lines of Wellington (2012) by Valeria Sarmiento, Casanova Variations (2014) by Michael Sturminger, Cosmos (2015) by Andrzej Zulawski and Impossible Love (2015) by António-Pedro Vasconcelos. In 2017 she was selected an European Shooting Star at the Berlinale. She has recently participated in Fernando Vendrell’s latest film Aparição (2017), João Maia’s Variações (2019) and Tiago Guedes’ The Domain (2019).
